Please welcome, Trinity Wood
Can you tell us a bit about you and how you got into writing?
Hi! I’m originally from Europe but I live in New Zealand now. I write contemporary romance under the pen name Trinity Wood. In my spare time I coordinate anthologies and series with The New Romance Cafe/Romance Cafe Publishing. I’ve always been a book nerd and romance fan, but I didn’t start writing romance novels until 2021.
Did you always know you wanted to be an author?
It’s kinda crept up on me. Now I can’t imagine never writing again.
If you could have dinner with any character from your book, who would you choose?
Daryl, Will’s brother from Fast Track to Forever. He’d quickly turn into my new bestie.
Do you have any specific writing rituals?
I create playlists on Spotify for each individual book. Then I listen to those to death, in the car when running errands, when writing etc. I like to live in the world of the book while I’m working on it. I also create secret Pinterest boards for each book.
Can you give us a hint about any current or future projects you’re excited about?
Fast Track to Forever, a friends to lovers Christmas romance set in New Zealand came out on 24th September. Now I’m working on a rugby romance, out next year. Stay tuned!
